The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by the Transgenic RNAi Project, Harvard University.
P{UAS-LUC-mir-974.T} expresses mir-974 (FBgn0262216) and Luciferase (FBgn0014448) under the control of UAS. Made as part of a set of UAS-mir lines published in Bejarano et al 2012, Development. 139(15):2821--2831 (FBrf0218840).
P{UAS-LUC-mir-974.T}attP2 (MO00111) is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion into the attP2 site (68A4, 3L:11063638 ) on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-LUC-mir-984.T} expresses mir-984 (FBgn0262282) and Luciferase (FBgn0014448) under the control of UAS. Made as part of a set of UAS-mir lines published in Bejarano et al 2012, Development. 139(15):2821.
P{UAS-LUC-mir-984.T}attP2 (MO00110) is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion into the attP2 site (68A4, 3L:11063638 ) on the third chromosome.
