Gene annotation error
Gene CG33083 has incorrect exon/intron structure or translation start site.
Comments: I don't understand the evidence for the alternative isoform of this
annotations, PB, which starts +/-300bp into the first long ORF/exon of the PA
annotation, which aligns nicely with the rest of the family. Unless there is
strong evidence that the PB form is real I think it had best be removed.
