    The initial 52,844 polyadenylation sites observed were filtered for sites with at least 2 "polyA site supporting" (PASS) reads, as defined in Hoque et al., 2014 (PMID: 24590784). This yielded the 46,314 higher confidence polyadenylation sites comprised by this dataset.
