Comments concerning this interaction

Protein complexes were isolated from mitochondria by non-denaturing blue native page. Complex activity was confirmed by in-gel enzymatic staining assays. Bands were excised and subjected to mass spectrometry for protein identification.

ATPsynB, ATPsynbeta, ATPsynCF6, ATPsynD, ATPsyndelta, ATPsynE, ATPsynF, ATPsynG, ATPsynO, blw, Cpr78E, sun were identified as components of mitochondrial OXPHOS Complex V. blw, ATPsynbeta, Cpr78E, ATPsynO, ATPsynB and ATPsynG were acetylated.

Source was adult mitochondrial preparation wild-type fly line; proteins produced from endogenous genes.
