Term |
vch1/vch2 ventral attachment cell |
ID (Ontology) |
FBbt:00049596 (Fly Anatomy) |
Definition |
Cell that anchors the proximal parts of the larval vch1 and vch2 dendrites (Halachmi et al., 2016). Unlike a scolopidial ligament cell, it does not enwrap the cell bodies of the vch1/vch2 sensory neurons, only the proximal to medial parts of the dendrites and it does not appear to belong to either the vch1 or vch2 lineage (Halachmi et al., 2016).[ FlyBase:FBrf0231059 ] |
