Comment Neurotransmitter determined to be glutamate based on vGlut[CNSIII]-GAL4 driver (FBti0129148) expression (Raghu and Borst, 2011 - FBrf0213690), but scRNAseq data assigns as GABA based on Gad1 transcripts and lineage (Konstantinides et al., 2022 - FBrf0253187).
