Flies homozygous for the Doc{}CHKov1Doc1420 insertion show increased resistance to Sigma virus compared to control flies lacking the insertion, with infection rates dropping from 82% to 30%.

Flies carrying CHKov1Doc1420 have an increased resistance to organophosphates compared to controls.
