Comment:

There is a -1 frameshift in Or98b in iso-1, the reference sequence strain relative to the Ives strain. An A base is missing between 3R:28352751 and 3R:28352752 in iso-1. This leads to a frameshift at codon 153 and early termination shortly thereafter.
